Created for riders who expect more from their gear.
TACKD is an independent UK equestrian brand built around a simple idea: riding essentials should be practical, dependable and thoughtfully chosen — without compromising on style.
Every product we stock is selected with real riders, real horses and everyday yard life in mind. No endless catalogue. No products added simply to fill a category. Just useful, well-considered pieces we would confidently recommend to someone we ride with.
Meet the Founders
Built from experience, shared ambition and a genuine love of horses.
TACKD was founded by partners Daryl and Kayleigh, bringing together lifelong equestrian knowledge and eight years of experience building a successful ecommerce business with a seven figure turnover.
TACKD was not created simply because we wanted to sell equestrian products. It was created because we wanted to build the kind of equestrian business we would genuinely enjoy buying from ourselves.
Kayleigh has been around horses for as long as she can remember. Horses have always been part of her life, giving her years of practical experience and a real understanding of what riders actually need — not just what looks good in a catalogue.
Together, we have spent the last eight years building and growing another successful ecommerce business. During that time, we have learnt that great products are only part of the story. Honest service, dependable delivery, clear communication and attention to detail are what turn first-time customers into loyal ones.
TACKD brings those two worlds together. Kayleigh's lifelong equestrian experience, combined with our knowledge of ecommerce and customer service, allows us to carefully select products we would confidently recommend to friends, family and fellow riders.
We are not trying to stock everything. We are building a carefully curated collection of products that earn their place through quality, practicality and honest value.
“TACKD is more than another online store. It is a genuine labour of love, built around a community we care about and the kind of business we would want to buy from ourselves.”
