Dispatch

Orders placed before 11am (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same working day. We use fully tracked delivery services including Royal Mail Tracked and DPD.

Delivery

UK delivery usually arrives within 1–3 working days. Delivery prices start from £3.95, with free delivery on orders over £75.

Returns

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return items within 30 days provided they are unused and in resellable condition with original packaging.

Clothing, saddle pads and similar items may be tried on for fit but must not be used. Items returned with hair, dirt, marks, odours or signs of wear cannot be accepted.
